Now, THIS seems like a great idea!

A town in Germany, is resolving its traffic problems in a unique way:

“Generally speaking, what we want is for people to be confused,” said Willi Ladner, a deputy mayor in Bohmte. “When they’re confused, they’ll be more alert and drive more carefully.”

Aren’t we confused ‘enuf already? Apparently not! In the new year, I resolve to rely on “common sense and courtesy”. Let’s see how far that takes me.
